How Did We Get Here
Apis Coffee's journey began in 2017 after an inspiring trip to Melbourne, Australia, where we were captivated by the vibrant coffee culture and exceptional quality of specialty coffee. Guided by our close friend, a coffee consultant and master barista , we started our coffee journey. Back in Castle Rock, we struggled to find fresh, high-quality, light and medium roasted coffee locally, prompting us to learn the craft of roasting ourselves. This passion led to the creation of Apis Coffee, where we blend scientific precision with our experience and intuition to deliver exceptional coffee.
