I am a simple man who likes delicious beans
I am a simple man. I like a good cup of coffee. And this is delicious. Good for espresso or pour over. I mean, I assume it would be good in a drip coffee maker, too, but that wouldn’t do just to the growers or the roaster. Buy it and try it. You won’t regret it.

Well Balanced.
I am really enjoying the Peru. I feel it is roasted perfectly, bringing out the full flavor profile of the beans. I have enjoyed it in my French press mostly, but have also made a few cups of espresso with the Peru beans and was surprised how tasty the espresso came out (added 4oz of steamed oat milk as I’m a cappuccino guy). I will definitely be getting another bag of the Peru.

This is some of the best if not THE best coffee I have ever had. The flavor lingers for 10-20 minutes after I finish a cup and that is generally enough to bring me back for a second. Currently using an Option-O Lagom P64 grinder and a Rocket Apartamento. Keep this blend in stock! I want more!

Can Cottage Foods be sold on the internet?
Yes. Internet sales are allowed. The mechanism of direct product delivery can be determined between the producer and the informed end consumer as long as it does not involve interstate commerce.
What is an informed end consumer?
An informed consumer is a consumer who has been provided with general product information including the product name, address where the food was prepared, current telephone number or email address of the producer, date the food was produced, ingredients, and a disclaimer that the food was prepared in a home kitchen not subject to licensure or inspection and that it may contain common food allergens. An end consumer is the person who purchases and consumes the product.
Can a producer sell at multiple locations and events, even on the same day and at the same time?
Yes. A producer or their designated representative can sell and deliver the product directly to an informed end consumer.
What are some of the restrictions around Cottage Foods products?
Products must be delivered directly from producer to an informed end consumer and cannot be resold. Products cannot be sold to restaurants or grocery stores, and may only be sold in Colorado. At the point of sale, a placard, sign or card must clearly display the disclaimer: "This product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection. This product is not intended for resale."
