I am a simple man. I like a good cup of coffee. And this is delicious. Good for espresso or pour over. I mean, I assume it would be good in a drip coffee maker, too, but that wouldn’t do just to the growers or the roaster. Buy it and try it. You won’t regret it.

I am really enjoying the Peru. I feel it is roasted perfectly, bringing out the full flavor profile of the beans. I have enjoyed it in my French press mostly, but have also made a few cups of espresso with the Peru beans and was surprised how tasty the espresso came out (added 4oz of steamed oat milk as I’m a cappuccino guy). I will definitely be getting another bag of the Peru.

This is some of the best if not THE best coffee I have ever had. The flavor lingers for 10-20 minutes after I finish a cup and that is generally enough to bring me back for a second. Currently using an Option-O Lagom P64 grinder and a Rocket Apartamento. Keep this blend in stock! I want more!
