Apis Coffee Return & Refund Policy

Finality of Sales All purchases made through Apis Coffee are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, which is classified as a food item, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds once an order has been completed.

Defective or Incorrect Orders In the event that you receive a defective item or an order that does not match your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours at apiscoffeellc@gmail.com. You must provide photographic evidence and a detailed account of the issue. Upon verification, we will endeavor to rectify the error by replacing the item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Opened or used coffee products
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Return Process To initiate a return for an eligible item, proof of purchase and a receipt are required. Do not return the item to the manufacturer. Instead, contact us directly for instructions.

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned beyond the 15-day window (calendar day)
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds If you have not received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, please undertake the following:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted
  • Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays If after completing these steps you have not received your refund, please contact us at apiscoffeellc@gmail.com.

Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at apiscoffeellc@gmail.com and send your item to: 6249 Hoofbeat Pl, Castle Rock, CO 80108

Gift Returns If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. If the item was not marked as a gift, or the purchaser had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the purchaser.

Return Shipping You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Policy Amendments Apis Coffee reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Please review periodically for any changes.
